With that knowledge, we have developed the Jobologi Program. Jobologi is the science behind getting the perfect job and finding the perfect new hire.
How it works: All associates must be accepted into the program and must complete five experiences during their 6 or 12-month program. The Experiences: Client Work experience, Team Building Events, Professional Development Workshops, Industry Shadowing, and health and wellness activities that will help our associates understand how to have an equal work life balance. Once all five experiences are completed, all associates will qualify for InternU’s Fingerprints program, providing scholarships or student debt relief.
Jobologi is provided to all our associates at no cost. You are compensated for every experience attended and completed.
InternU continues to experience significant growth and is hiring. Our program is seeking an employee for and Entry Level Insurance Sales position.
This position has its own career path from inside sales to outside field sales. You will start with individualized training locally in West Chester, PA. When you’ve mastered your presentation
abilities, your understanding of our vision and services to new and existing customers, and successfully grasped our networking relationships with Financial Advisors, you’ll move to working outside, on your own – always supported by our team.

Serve the interests of your insureds, financial planners and carriers.
Gain sufficient information from customers to provide quotes and transact new business and policy changes.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales,
and solve or refer problems.
Service existing client inquiries and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals,
networking, and marketing.
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage.
In addition to complying with insurance standards, regulations and individual licensing requirements, successful candidates will have:
Strong proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License in a timely manner.
Keep sales and service foremost in your interactions.
