We are seeking a Recruiter to help our team acquire new talent for our rapidly growing partners in all industries. We are looking for someone to fit into our team culture. Our Recruiter must have experience working with people and now how to strategize new ways to step outside the box of ‘traditional recruiting’. A successful candidate will have a keen eye when reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. If you’re sharp, professional and entrepreneurial, let’s get this started.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify new talent with young professionals or those looking for career changes.

  • Review and analyze resumes.

  • Strategize new ways to find talent through our university partnerships, meet ups, and other sources.

  • Interview skill sets, ability to connect and make others feel comfortable.

  • Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.

  • Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.

  • Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years’ recruiting experience.

  • Experience working with Linked In, job boards (both traditional and non-traditional).

  • Interacting with clients.

  • Strong client relations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A positive attitude that will translate to all.

  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software programs.
