With that knowledge, we have developed the Jobologi Program. Jobologi is the science behind getting the perfect job and finding the perfect new hire.

How it works: All associates must be accepted into the program and must complete five experiences during their 6 or 12-month program. The Experiences: Client Work experience, Team Building Events, Professional Development Workshops, Industry Shadowing, and health and wellness activities that will help our associates understand how to have an equal work life balance. Once all five experiences are completed, all associates will qualify for InternU’s Fingerprints program, providing scholarships or student debt relief.

Jobologi is provided to all our associates at no cost. You are compensated for every experience attended and completed.

This is a full-time position. Our client offers wealth management solutions to registered investment advisors, many of whom are affiliated with or are registered as independent broker-dealers, financial planners, and life insurance agents. Advisors are responsible for the investor relationship which includes creating financial plans, implementing investment strategies, and educating and servicing their customers. Advisors may customize portfolios to include separate account managers provided through our programs as well as company sponsored mutual funds. The Separate Accounts Program allows for increased specialization of the investment strategy to meet the needs of the individual investor along with increased tax efficiency and flexibility.
The Corporate Accounting team calculates the monthly account fees (revenue) as well as the manager fees (direct expense). Separate account fees are calculated and direct debited or invoiced. The manager fees are paid out on a quarterly basis.
The billing software consumes numerous daily data feeds to calculate the fees. An extensive amount of custom reports and exports are utilized to report the data to the IMU. The individual in this role participates in the maintenance of the software and the custom processes: enhancements and problem resolution for current clients and product solutions as well as implementing new banks and products. that will report to the Controller and interacting with the accounting team and all trade vendors. The individual in this position processes accounts payable, prepares reconciliations and assists in month-end procedures as part of the accounting team. In addition, the Accounts Payable Clerk must be detail-oriented and help keep the company compliant within their job responsibilities. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to a culture of robust internal controls. Good communication skills are required, and the successful candidate must be able to exhibit the values and culture of the company while working with vendors and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

• Document standard processes and common problems
• Data analysis and correction processing
• Work with business to define their business needs and assist in implementation including: creating requirements, UAT and post production monitoring
• Assist in testing software upgrades.
