Since 2006, our firm’s mission is to help undergraduates and graduates make a seamless transition from campus to

How it works: All associates must be accepted into the program and must complete five experiences during their 6 or 12-month program. The Experiences: Client Work experience, Team Building Events, Professional Development Workshops, Industry Shadowing, and health and wellness activities that will help our associates understand how to have an equal work life balance. Once all five experiences are completed, all associates will qualify for InternU’s Fingerprints program, providing scholarships or student debt relief.
Jobologi is provided to all our associates at no cost. You are compensated for every experience attended and completed.
We are searching for a technology analyst to act as a Salesforce administrator and information system developer for a new data warehouse built using the latest big data stack including Hadoop, Java, AngularJS, Activiti and Hive. Other duties include data gathering, database development and general technology needs to improve overall operational capability.
THE INDIVIDUAL MUST BE ABLE TO
Learn Salesforce using the Trailhead and Trailblazer resources available from Saleforce.com.
Learn, maintain and improve data warehouse to improve operational capability.
Drive and deliver technology solutions from a business capability, operations, and process standpoint.
Maintain a disciplined approach to solving business challenges.
Individual must have a test first mentality and validation mindset to implement successful process improvement solutions.
Deliver a maintainable solution to improve reporting, data analysis and process improvement.
Work closely with management to understand company goals.
Collaborate with the team members to deliver the technology outcomes required.
Strategically implement technology enhancements necessary for better productivity and effectiveness.
Deliver effective solutions that builds employee trust and engagement and alignment with business goals.
- A proven self-starter.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Financial services and/or insurance company experience is ideal.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, Hadoop, Java or any recent modern development experience.
- Prefer experience with test driven development methodologies.
