INTRODUCTION

Our mission is to transform radiology department expenditures into profits, while mitigating risk and providing a superior experience to patients, doctors, and young professionals.

APPROACH

• Radiology Impact Analysis to identify issues to help clients develop strategies and solutions to make radiology rooms/film libraries more efficient in order to provide optimal services to their patients.
• Develop Strategies/ Solutions focusing on, but not limited to, image library services, reading room assistants, incidental findings, pre-certifications, and scheduling.

RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST ASSISTANT (TA) PROGRAM:

INTRODUCTION

internU understands the challenges faced by health systems, especially in radiology departments, where the demand for skilled workers is unmet. We’ve strategically developed solutions to alleviate the pressure on Radiologic Technologists, allowing them to focus on critical tasks such as imaging and patient interaction.

APPROACH

• Collaboration with our higher education and healthcare partners to deploy highly trained Radiologic Tech Assistants (TAs) into Radiology departments.
  • Introducing TAs into the department workflow successfully eliminates scheduling delays, minimizes patient cancellations, and reduces on-site waiting times. 
  • Through close collaboration with experienced Technologists, TA participants are provided with a dynamic learning environment, in which to ask questions, observe scans, and engage in a hands-on educational experience that prepares them for a future in the radiology field.
