Year round talent scouting: Building relationships to network with candidates.
2. DEFINE REQUIREMENTS
Client works with InternU to define both project and skill requirements.
3. MATCHING
Perform interviews to discuss the specific requirements of the internship opportunity and the potential fit of the candidate for each specific opportunity.
4. VALIDATION
Conduct reference checks, background checks and drug screening once a candidate has been chosen for an available position.

Client provides InternU project and/or internship description.
2. CANDIDATE INTERVIEW

InternU presents candidates that are a technical, functional, and cultural fit for their team.
